And it's been awhile..

I just thought that I'd give a well deserved update on my life.

I'm at MVNU, and I really do like it here. My roommate, Selah, is pretty fun :]. The only problem with her is that she's always at her boyfriend's house, but oh well. I've made a lot of friends on my floor, so I'm happy about that. Also, I gained back a friendship that I thought was lost forever. It meant a lot to me that this person heard what I had to say, finally :].
One of the biggest things that has happened since I've come here is Twilight. I decided that I'd probably want to read them someday, so I bought the first one before I came here. I was bored on a Sunday and just picked up it...and never put it down. I finished all four books within the span of a week, taking just a day to read all the way through each one. I have to say, I am in love with Edward Cullen. I know that sounds stupid, but I am seriously in love with him. My heart aches for him. It's the weirdest feeling I've ever had for a fictional character. Anyway, I'm glad the movie is coming out soon so I can just put it in my DVD player and watch it all the time :]. Then I can have my fill of Edward whenever I want him c[ :

Okay, so update: I am not in love with Edward Cullen c[ :
That book is way too powerful. I am in love with someone though, and it is sort of random, and I'm going to Oregon.

Anyway, enough of that. So, I've been here for almost a month, and I get to go home next Friday. Actually, the first day we can go home is this Sunday, but I thought that was stupid. Why would I drive 2 1/2 hours home on a Sunday? Who knows. I've already been home once, but that was because of the power outage we had here. Haha, Mount Vernon actually had a hurricane. I thought that was pretty hilarious. Anyway, we were out of power for awhile, so I went home. I wasn't even there for 24 hours though, so that kind of sucked. I'm pretty excited to go home this weekend and see my friends :]. I get to see Lindsey, which I am REALLY excited about :].
